Your spacious deck has plenty of dining and lounging furniture and a BBQ for you to enjoy relaxing and dining inside and out while you enjoy your incredible lagoon view.
The kitchen is modern with all the necessary amenities to make your stay easy, and the living are is airconditioned for comfort (air conditioning unit cools the entire property with doors and windows closed.
Two bedrooms , one opening to the deck & beach. The bedrooms have one king and one queen bed – both super comfy.
You’ll have garden space front and rear of the property for kids to enjoy – while you sit on the loungers or bean bags.
This property has a kayak for guest use.
For larger groups, you can also book one or both of the stunning Arika Palms Villas next door (each has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms), or Maire New Beach Bach (2 bedrooms, one bathroom) on the other side.

- Spacious, comfortable and modern with stunning lagoon views
- Bedroom one has a king size bed, bedroom two has a queen size bed. Neither beds can be split into singles. Each bedroom has a bedside table and reading lamp. The main bedroom has a wardrobe.
- Bathroom linen, beach towels, shower and vanity. The toilet is separate to the bedroom
- There is a full kitchen with full fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger with tea, coffee and milk supplied on arrival
- Laundry – washing machine for guest use
- Outdoors – large timber deck, loungers, bean bags, outdoor dining setting for 4 and BBQ
- Air conditioning in living area helps cool the entire house. There is a pedestal fan also.

Tariff
Current rates are:
NZ$295.00 per night for up to 2 people.
2 additional people can be accommodated at $40.00 per person per night.
The above rates are inclusive of local taxes and exclude airport transfers.

An early check-in and a late check-out are available on request, depending on availability. There is a day rate charge
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking
We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected eventualities.
