Iro’s Beach House is a compact 2 bedroom house featuring an open plan kitchen and living areas. It has all the amenities and modern features required for a relaxing carefree holiday. The main bedroom and living areas open out onto a covered deck which faces the lagoon. Curl up on the comfortable loungers and take in the wonderful views.
The covered beach-facing deck comes complete with loungers, outdoor furniture and BBQ making this the ideal spot for entertaining, dining and lounging around. You’ll never want to go indoors!! The back deck is perfectly sheltered on windy days – or just that quiet space alone with a book. Kids can run around or kick a ball on the huge lawn (or on the beach).
For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV and DVD. There are fans, ceiling fans and partial screening for your comfort. The kitchen features a cooktop, convection microwave & fridge/freezer. Behind bi-fold doors you have a washing machine and laundry tub.
Ideal for a small family or group of friends.
For a larger group, we have the option to also book Iro’s Beach Villa adjacent to this house.

NZ$295.00 per night for two people
Additional adults are NZ$40.00 per person per night
Children 2 to 11 years are NZ$20.00 per person per night
Children under 2 years are no charge

Minimum length of stay 5 nights. Please enquire if less than 5 nights, we will do our best to accommodate you
The above rates are inclusive of local taxes and exclude airport transfers
We will book your airport transfer and can offer good deals on Island transport.

We stayed here last Xmas – absolutely loved it. We’ve been to Raro over 20 times and our stay here was by far the best. Private, the best beach on the island and just all round perfection! We booked via Jenny and from booking to flying, can not fault it. We highly recommend booking via Jenny and also the property is top notch!

We had the most amazing time staying here a few weeks ago. We were on a girls trip and we found this accommodation was perfect for us. Everything you need even a blender for the cocktails. The beach is just gorgeous and it really is what it looks like on the website. Low tide is not so good for swimming but you just have to walk a few metres down the beach to find a good spot. Snorkling is great right outside the house too. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I would stay here with my family again but unfortunately doesn’t sleep 5. Jenny was amazing to do with. Perfect for our family of four. The best thing was being right on the beach and waking up to the sound of the waves. When the tide is in, it’s only a few steps to the water from the desk. House itself was ideal for our family with everything we could have needed for our stay. Shower was great – hot and a good pressure, decent size fridge with small freezer. Huge washing machine as well. Definitely staying there again.
Love this house so much! We never wanted to leave. We will definitely book it again!
