Located on the western side of Rarotonga amidst tropical, landscaped gardens, these four brand new four bedroom/2 bathroom villas are only a hop, step and a jump from the beach and lagoon (approx 300m).
A shared 9×4 metre pool surrounded by a large entertaining or relaxing area with outdoor, lounging furniture and sun umbrellas is ideally situated in the centre of the villas to provide a space for groups, large or small, to get together.
Each villa can sleep 8 and has a central living area, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on either side. The four bedrooms have large king size beds which can be split into two king singles. The two large bathrooms can be accessed directly from the bedrooms.
A spacious lounge features a comfortable new sofa and chairs for relaxing indoors, a 50 inch TV and air-conditioning. The light and airy open-plan dining and kitchen area include a six-seater dining suite and an island bench with bar stools for casual meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Outdoor living is mandatory in sunny Rarotonga, so each villa has a large deck complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ – perfect for relaxing as you watch the sun go down.

This was a beautiful roomy place to stay and Jennie was our saviour after our booked accomodation was cancelled unexpectedly on us. We ended up with a better property and enjoyed getting to know a diffrent part of Raro.Highly recommend the villas and Jennie’s service and will go straight to her next time.
Although 8 of us stayed here there was still so much room. My husband and I spent most of our time hanging by the pool relaxing or lounging on the huge deck. Everyone totally enjoyed themselves. The owner Shona was lovely and inviting. THANK YOU SO MUCH JENNIE, Would not go to Raro without booking accommodation with you first!

I love the villa! So beautiful, spacious and close to everything. I got to meet the host Paul, such a lovely man and very friendly. I highly recommend that if you’re ever coming to Rarotonga for a holiday book in to Cook Islands Holiday Villas. It’s an awesome place to stay.
