Great value, Tina’s House is set in tranquil surroundings, located just metres from the beautiful South Coast beaches.
About 150m from one of the best swimming and snorkelling beaches in Rarotonga, this large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is stylish, comfortable and has been completely renovated.
The bedrooms each have king-size beds which can be split into singles. The main bedroom has an ensuite. There are plenty of comfortable sofas to relax on in the spacious living areas. Indoors, the dining table seats eight and the fully equipped kitchen, which includes oven, cooktop, fridge/freezer and microwave, has everything you might need.
All linen and towels (plus beach towels) are provided for your stay. Windows are screened and pedestal fans add to your comfort. Relax and enjoy a night in with your favourite movies on the large 52 inch Flat-screen TV. Feel free to bring your own DVD’s or you can hire them locally. There is a small sound system and an IPOD docking station for those who prefer listening to music.
There is wifi access too! Credit needs to be purchased.
A large deck, complete with BBQ, loungers and outdoor dining furniture, gives a relaxed outdoor living space, while the children have fun on the trampoline outside on the grass.
Children are welcome.

The rate is NZ$245.00 per night for one/two people (7 nights plus)
An additional adult is NZ$30.00 per person per night
Additional children 5-11 years are NZ$15.00 per person per night

We had an amazing stay at Tina’s House and really enjoyed our stay in the Cook Islands. Very clean and plenty of room. We will definitely be back. Very close to amazing snorkelling and beach. Charlie’s Cafe was a short walk down the driveway and has amazing food! Jennie was awesome to deal with, great communication. Thanks again Jennie!

I travelled to Rarotonga for a wedding in October 2017. I was the only Cook Islander amongst the majority Samoan wedding party. Everyone that travelled to the wedding were overwhelmed by the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of our beautiful Island commenting that Rarotonga will definitely be a place that they return too. One proud Cook Islander right here. Five of us stayed at Tina’s House and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tina’s House is located near some of the best beaches on the Island. It is Close to all the activities that are a must do. It is near a variety of food outlets including Muri night markets, Charlie’s, Wigmore’s just to name a few.
The owners Steve and Tina were very helpful and were only a phonecall away when I needed to enquire about anything. I have and will continue to recommend this beautiful home to my family and friends.

Our whanau stayed at Tina’s house recently for a wedding, 7 adults and 2 children for 11 nights. This house has everything for a large whanau, big spaces, plenty of linen and towels for the beach. It is close for all the activities at Muri Beach or if you want to just chill by yourself, just walk across the road. There are a few ‘must visit’ eating places and Charlies is certainly one and in town Café Ariki is great and value for money.
If there is a large group of you, like we had, we had all the holiday homes within 50 metres walking distance and Jennie Wilson books these too, Rosian, Kayne’s and Maunga houses all lovely for a great holiday.

six of us stayed at Tina’s house over Christmas and new year and loved it. great place heaps of room for all to have there own space, esp with teenagers. only 2 minutes walk to the beach and Charlies café (awesome burgers), fab area to swim. snorkel and relax. great home to rest, relax and recharge. will be back. cheers Tina and Steve
We had a wonderful time staying at Tina’s house, great value for money! A beautiful spot with a lovely beach close by. Would have loved the pool to have been finished but we will be back to enjoy that for our next holiday at Tina’s House.
We had a wonderful time staying at Tina’s House. This is a lovely, big, comfortable house on the South coast of Rarotonga. It’s an ideal location as it is close to the best snorkeling spots on the island and only a short drive from Muri where you’ll find tons of cafes, restaurants, and other amenities. The house has a well stocked kitchen and an excellent outdoor area with barbecue. We particularly liked the living area with comfy couches and large TV where we could happily relax after a day out and about around the island. It got pretty hot at night but the pedestal fan provided kept us cool. There are a few mosquitoes and cockroaches around but coils and fly spray are provided, so this was not a problem. The water is heated by gas so plenty of hot water for everyone. We couldn’t work out how to use the wifi but there are internet cafes around the island so no big deal. A perfect place to stay for a couple, family, or group of friends, we will definitely be back!
Loved tinas house perfect place to stay heaps of space big rooms stayed there for 7 days perfect location beach at the end of the driveway. Would recommend to anyone and everyone aslo dealing with Jen she just organises everything to make your stay easier stress free Thanks.

This house is amazing! We come over from New Zealand last summer for a wedding and stayed at Tinas! Comfy beds and couches, clean and tidy, shaded deck and the neighbors were so cool and welcoming. I always recommend this place to anyone I know is going to Rarotonga! Shops are close and the beach right across the road with a kayak hire right there too 🙂 Awesome place to stay. Loved it

We stayed at Tina s house for three nights in Jan 2016. The house has everything you need! nice backyard full of chooks and the occasional friendly neighbourhood dogs coming for a pat. The main bedroom with an open ensuite has air con, which is fab! The other rooms have a nice coastal breeze and fans to keep you cool. The guys from Charlie’s cafe are super friendly and we hung out on their deck after they close to enjoy the beach with a bottle of wine. Trampoline in the front yard is a nice bonus for the kids, and great for star gazing in the night! We will be back !
